Dear Corsi Image
Don’t be afraid of the movicol !!!
It took me a very long time to get my head around the fact I need to take movicol and will for some time yet, my gp reassures me every time I see her that movicol is one of the safest laxatives to take long term or if needs be for life….
Cheryl’s tip of just a teaspoon is a really good idea, and may be just what you need to get on track and heal with the botox, I am still having bigger/formed bms but these last few days they have been soft and not problem - ~@"?~})&%$"!
Its those harder/formed bms we need to avoid !
I appreciate your hug and that tipple sounds right up my street !! Image
Sending hugs right back to you Image x Image x Image x Image x Image x Image x Image

Dear Corsi, even i dont like to start anything new and always scared what effects it will produce.I didnt take movicol for almost a month after it was prescribed.I hated it at first but it really works.Bms are soft so its less painful. My CRS told me movicol doesnt cause any dependency.Try it once if it will help you.
