I tried doing without the coffee (full-strength!) and could see no difference, and I missed mine, too. I went back to drinking it, just not as much. If you drink coffee, just drink the same amount of water a bit later to take care of any dehydration, and you should be OK!

if you keep your 3 BMs per day, I'd say you've achieved perfection!
in the days before everything got industrialized, indians that ate from the ground and healthy, would have 3 BMs per day.
i know with an AF or two, we may not want as many but if you are that regular, i'd say keep it!

Having AF doesn't mean you have to stop living! It just means you have to be more conservative, that's all!

Thanks! I would like to have them happen 1 or 2 times a day till this fissure heals. My poor bum is sore. I am trpped in this house cause I can't take my bath tube with me hehehehe..
