I like your idea of carrying around a water bottle loaded with fibre
I still havent tried the benifibre for fear of rocking the boat :roll: But i will soon...
The magnesium works wonders for me too :D

buttgirl - now that you're healed what are your BMs like? long formed pieces or mushy oatmeal type?

more mushy oatmeal, but it depends on what I eat.
