my crs said watery/mushy stool can cause more pain than hard stools due to the higher acid in watery/mushy stools, seem when we ave the runs, theres more gut/bowel acid in there, that really goes to work on the fissure.
Anything that makes the sphincter go into spasms. It's the spasms that cause the most relenting pain. I found if you apply a little zinc ointment on the fissure it protects it when you have to have a bm.
i got mine from when i had had bad diahrea[?] one time,whenever i had loose watery stools is when mine hurt the most,hard poop never really bothered me??
Hiya. How have you been? I've been busy and blissfully fissure free. Sis's wedding is coming up, so Ive been cray with that. Otherwise, it's business as usual.
