Hey Hank -
Ugh! I hate when it returns after a long stretch of being invisible! There are some OTC creams that seem to work for me when it's a "new" AF again. Calmoseptine, Baleneol, and Burt's Bees Res-Q Treatment have all been helpful and allow me to heal when it reopens. I also make sure to take a stool softener - Dulcolax works for me - to keep soft stools while healing again. Hope you start to feel better again soon!
