Well Darren! I am so happy you are OK...maybe not OK but with us....
You have been through hell and back and you have every right to feel all the turmoil and despair you have endured...so many of us have. It's what you do with that horrible low feeling that will make the difference, and there is a long haul ahead of you, just know that...there is a long haul ahead of us all...it is called life. You are a wonderful, caring person, find the things that make you happy and focus on that, it is the best ANY of us can ever really do, I think....
