Well, that's tomorrow! I will be sending you positive vibes tomorrow - is it in the AM or PM that you'll have the LIS?

Sometime in the PM I think. Hopefully not too late, but I know I've been jammed into an otherwise packed roster, so we will see.
I'm so tempted to just eat every thing I see. If I could see a buritto right now .....
Head is busy busy busy ... Must try to relax!
Thanks for all the support guys Image

Hey sphinctersaurus!! I'm so happy for you--wishing you the best outcome! And you and NG totally made me laugh--'new ass muscle you've been eyeing' -- ha! You two are awesome.
Well I must say I'm jealous too--I want my own day of reckoning scheduled soon!
Happy healing!

Nah, I'm a bit of a night owl. I actually (surprisingly) slept pretty well. It's a bit hot here at the moment, but other than that ... very restful. It's morning now so I'll be leaving in a couple of hours. Fighting the urge to find a hand bag to hide in. Trying not to panic ... Fingernails all gone now! Image

Don't worry - you can go get a manicure in some weeks! You will deserve some pampering then.
It's night time here, but I was just checking in. I can't believe it's morning there in NZ already!
Thinking of you, and crossing my fingers, toes and legs for you. Hoping it will only be successful and that you have some beefy NZ male model (or whatever it would be that would float your boat) to attend to all your needs during LIS. Image Image
PS - and then you can get a burrito before/after you get the manicure!

Doh I forgot that you're in NZ. I think us Yanks have a tendency to think of everything down under as Oz :) I completely didn't realize that it's like 9 or 10 AM in NZ already...
Looking forward to hearing your post-LIS drug fueled post. The anxiety will be gone in a few hours, and we're thinking of you here!

Hi All,
Well ... All done!
I have a little bit of pain and am pretty much afraid to do much ... of any thing at all, but I made it out alive!!
The enema was, well ... bloody unpleasant!!
Jeez ... It really hurt. I wished for the end a couple of times! It took foooreveeeer and stung like a !@#%$*.
They did a sigmoidoscopy (not sure about that spelling!) as well as LIS and skin tag removal. I guess they pump you full of gas for that, because I have the dreaded wind pain. The last op I had for Endometriosis and Dermoid Cyst removal involved gas. The pain got so bad that I had to go to Emergency ... So I'm hoping that won't happen again!
Thanks for the support everyone. I'll post in more detail soon. Image
