KY, or GA that performs this? I live close to Knoxville, TN but can't find any MDs that offer Botox yet. I want a CRS that knows what they are doing, not a plastic surgeon! LOL!

This is probably way too far for you but I know that one of our boardies had botox in Charleston SC.

No, not at all. I asked and they were not on board with that yet. I would think someone in Atlanta would but I know the office I went to doesn't.
