I had the worst AF of my life yesterday, and cut off my turd in its tracks, leaving the rest of it for another time. Well, its been one day, and that turd is really trying to come out, but i KNOW i have at least 2 big AF's in there and by god it is going to hurt. I have a doctor's appt on wednesday, do i wait till i see the doctor or should i man up and get it out of me?

Okay, I could try some vaseline or something, but what about a fleet liquid glycerine suppository? I read a little about them and it seems that might help, but I was wondering if those suppositories FORCE you to poop, because I dont want to get into a situation where i rip the fissures even more

I'd get it out at all costs, but that's me. You're going to have to. Have you heard of Nupercaine or Nupercainal ointment? I'm not sure of the name, but it's available OTC at the pharmacy and it will numb your pain, before and after BM. It's used mainly for hems but hey, if I were you, I'd want some handy since you seem to be quite scared of the pain (we've all been there).
I've never used the glycerin suppositories, so I really don't know what they do, but it seems like glycerin is pretty inert stuff so I'm not sure it would act like a stimulant. I think it can't hurt.

another question... can you overdose on the glycerin or anything? cuz id squeeze a gallon of this shit into my ass if it will make the turd soft. I went in the bathroom to do it just now and got too scared :/
