well this morning I had a bowel movement and it wasn't too too painful there seemed to be a 1-2 teaspoons of blood I don't know. but the point is that the BM was rather soft so why should I still be bleeding? FRUSTRATING!

when the sphincter muscle is in spasm, nothing can prevent the blood. It clenches tight and even the softest poop can cause a re-tear. What would normally not tear on a healthy butt isn't always soft enough with a fissure! It's horrible!!
Try to drink plenty of water! What are you using for stool softener Jr? My CRS wanted me to just use the fiber supplements but they didn't do anything for me but cause Bigger BM's.
