JR,
If you're still seeing the same CRS, I can tell you from my personal experience that you are in good hands.
Only you will know when you've had enough and are ready. From my experience, she won't push you into surgery...
Believe me, I was as scared as anyone could possibly be before having my surgery. It took me 8 months to stew on it and suffer before I could take the plunge. It was so worth it! I honestly can't believe I suffered so long.
Hang in there. Just know there is a light at the end of the tunnel :)

I am almost at 2 weeks, driving again, back at work. Doing stuff with family etc. I am glad I had the surgery.
