Thanks, Dawn. I have taken phenergan with my other 2 surgeries and it works well to stop the nausea, but usually after I've already gotten sick upon waking up. It makes me sleep very heavily, so I wasn't looking forward to having to take it for several days after surgery with pain meds. I can take Darvocet with no sickness, but it has been taken off the market due to safety concerns. My dr said we could try Tramadol, as well. So hopefully, if I do go in for surgery, we can get something figured out. Thanks for your post! I've been reading your story over the past few days. So glad you are doing so well!
