Fiber One Brownies

Postby Tim » 09 Nov 2011, 19:28

Are excellent! Only 90 calories but with 5gm's of fiber per brownie. They taste great. I was concerned as they are made from the same thing as most fiber bars are, chicory root. The roots tends to not digest well and can be sharp on the way out. Not these....it must be super minced up or something as it was very soft in texture and very good.
Just wanted to pass this along...no pun intended. :D

The 35% bars are pretty good too , oats & chocolate yum. The 20% bars, 90 calories have not been as tasty.

I would eat them pre and post. The fiber can only help if you're getting enough water too!
