savaici -
I don't mind traveling - but for me to possibly have to make 2-3, or more, trips to NY, all the way from CA, would be financially hard, if not impossible. Plus, I have a son in school, still, and a husband who has to work. I just don't know how I'd manage it . . .
I've tried the sitz bath, too, just about like you're doing it (I don't use that plastic tube thing, and I only soak about five minutes with warmish water) - but I'm not sure it helps me. Because my area seems tender and irritated (my second crs says it's because of the lidocaine in the nitro/lido that the first crs prescribed), all that warmth on the backside doesn't feel all that great right now.
I'm thinking of you, too, and everyone else here who is suffering. What a deal.

Sheesh!! I am so sorry all of you are suffering so much. I know how frustrating it is!!! I hope you all get some relief soon. I have heard a few on here actually sit on the heating pad to relieve the spasms. If a warm bath does it, I guess that would to. Just becareful don't turn the heat up to high.

I know that you know how awful this is, Sue.
My AFs just have to go away - one way or another.
Thanks for still checking on us. I'm glad you're up and at it. :)
