Hey there,
having a setback the last couple days. Blood on the tp and sore again. I was doing so well before I got my period!
Been really water retentive and that makes things tighter and more sensitive down there.
I feel so hopeless.
I can't seem to flush it out. Usually drinking copious amounts of water will help when I get water retention, but not this time.
I think it is the nifedipine and if so then, I don't know what next... It's not going to help if it causes water retention.
Anyone know how to counteract water retention?
