I have been very hesitant to get back to my protein packed diet I had prior to my AF surgery last month.
Pre op, I would typically eat Greek yogurt for breakfast, tuna salad for lunch, egg whites (2) for a snack, cheese stick for a snack, chocolate milk after my run, and a nice portion of fish or chicken for dinner.
That's a very high level of protein. I always had harder BMs, but not sure if that was due to the protein or if it was due to the fact that I was not monitoring my fiber intake at all.
I have yet to return to most of that diet...
