Hi! I'm considering surgery in a weeks time. So could you fill me in on pre op and post op? For pre op, do they make you take an enema or a straight knock out? For post op, could you describe the first few hours after the surgery, as soon as the anesthesia wore off. Thanks:)

I had my LIS yesterday...General knock out...sore but not painful. Doc gave me some ketorolac for pain (good stuff)and Vicodin (which I havent felt the need to use yet) . SInce I havent had my first BM yet...scared but hopeful
