TY OMB, I'm having a less painful day today, though it's still nagging a bit I can cope for now, luckily I had an old tube of Rectogesic in the cupboard which has proved a bit helpful.
Hope you feel ok

Steve,
What is REctogesic? Is it similar to Diliatzem? Have you been following all of the politics going on in the US?

Hi cheryl, Rectogesic (GTN) is the UK name for Nitro, more info here: http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/digestive-health/medicines/rectogesic.html

Thanks, for the link, Steve. Probably very similar to Diltiazem.

I think the difference is that Diltiazem is a calcium channel blocker and Nitro releases Nitric oxide and relaxes (dilates) blood vessels to promote healing.
