I'm 19 years old and I experienced my first constipation this week. I know it was my diet. I'm a college student who never has that much money. The stuff I eat isn't all that healthy. I drank way to much coffee and not enough water. I finally had a BM yesterday after about a week of not having one. All I know is that I'm now pretty sore. I've looked up everything that I could and I do think I have AF. I have been drinking tons of water and eating way better. I also have been taking long baths. My room mate bought tons of fruit and veggies this month also. Is there any foods I should stay away from?
Should I just keep what I'm doing? Should I wait to see if I really have an AF?
Are there any more tips to help? I am in pain and I'm a little scared.
