My AF started about 6-7 months ago and the fissure is towards my vagina. I am married and haven't had sex in the last 2 months with fear that the friction may make my condition worse. When my fissure started it wasn't so bad. I used to heal in 3-4 days but again re-tear in about 2-3 weeks. But I haven't healed once in the last couple months. I am very lucky to have an extremely understanding and supportive husband but I am not sure if I should or want to wait any longer. Any take on this?

Don't do anything that will hurt fissure. I sent some advice to you in a pm.
