I think it might be from things moving around and touching it, or being moved to my colon as happens after eating major meals. But I tend to be in spasm down there while eating for about 20 minutes.
This happen for anyone else?

Yeah, thats peristalsis kicking in and putting pressure on your behind. It will go away as you heal. I was having trouble eating because of pain.
