It worked great for me. Kind of gave my intestines a good cleansing.
Take 2 hours before or after any meds as it certainly will adsorb it as apposed to absorption.
whenever I Feel bloated for too long or think I ate something bad, activated charcoal,
the powder type thoroughly flushed my system within 24 hours. Stops the gas and diarrhea too.
Just 3-5 heaping tablespoons in 16 oz usually did it for me.

I eat real charcoal . It's cheaper. Some how cats know it too. My cat eats charcoal from fire place when its sick, then it feels better.

Did you know that Activated charcoal is not considered carcinogenic.
I can tell you what I found on mesquite if you're not already familiar. If you're already familiar.....never mind. To each his own

gotta check it out as I suffer from IBS and bad digestion in general. Do you know which brand is good and where is a good place to get it online unless you are in |Canada!!
