Thanks for the update Split! I hope things continue to progress for you! I agree any discomfort from surgery is better than an anal fissure for life!
I know this was a much bigger deal than just having LIS Image
Thanks for sharing. I'm sure it will be very helpful to others!

How are you doing now ?
Is that completely fine and recovered now?
07.02.2013 - got open hemorrhoidectomy, leaded to slow healing wound. Link to story
