Well, well, I live in Western Australia. We bought an apartment by the sea in Mandurah last year. I thought it was for short term rental but maybe it was to heal my fissure. I think I will have to collect the water in a bottle cause I am terrified of being eaten by a shark. I haven't been in the ocean for years. A shark would have to get gravel rash to get me.

Um, saintkillerher, you do know that salt water isn't 100% salt, right? It is actually diluted salt (i.e., a little salt and a lot of water). You can achieve the same ratio at home - yes, yes, yes!

all i know is that by drinking it and applying in to the fissure healed me after 3 years and 4 months of hell.
and i tried everything known to man with a few crazies in that list...ill make a list of the ones i can remember.
urine,caster oil,olive oil,tea tree oil,peppermint oil,apple cider vinegar,normal vinegar,msn cream,aloe vera,tumeric
coconut oil,nutrition supplements,botox injections,tree park,dialation,hydrogen peroxide.im my opinion the best things for fissures are sea salt and coconut oil and aloe vera straight from the plant.
