Her name is Sterling she appears darker in the shot , but she is a silvery grey in color with white.  Sterling is now three years old.  and seems to know when I'm in pain, and is very comforting.. and makes me want to believe that there is still hope.

Sweet little cat. Pets can be so comforting, it is true, when we are in pain.

Sorry , because I don't know how to do it..it would be great if every one could attach a pic and/or tell how there pet..even if its a Guinea-pig,  has helped them through this process.

Thanks Savaici..Not to sound stupid..lol, is that your pet, or a pic you attached.. Cause I know some one who has a wild blended cat (I forget the name of the breed)
In Canada there are a lot of laws re; owning wild breeds, either way that is one beautiful cat.

I have a really pretty cat called fluffy. I don't know how to put a pic of her up though.
I would like to say that she's a comfort to me... But she's not a lap cat and is often quite aloof!!

My daughter has 2 goldfish! Not much comfort from them that's for sure!! LOL.

i have a wee tiny white bunny called pixi love she is a house bunny and when i lay down on the floor she jumps on my chest and lays down and looks me in the eye, it really makes me laugh:-) i also have two beautiful cats called davina and victor i love them to death they know when im sore and they comfort me:-)

that's so cool , when our pets comfort us..even a goldfish..acrtually a friend of mine has a beautiful fish tank and when shes in pain..she stares at it and drifts off in another world.
We sure love our pets,
