Lol..oh my..funny as it mite be , we all know it still is necessary to do.I just gently spread my cheeks, while laying down, and the gas comes out.Image
I was recommended a kefir style yogurt, high probiotic.. about 2 tablespoons a day...helps me a lot.
take care all..Image
P.S, just a little extra info about Kefir..Both yogurt and kefir manufacturers have stated numerous benefits from the consumption of their products. Some of the benefits of yogurt and/or kefir consumption are; preventing/recovering from diarrhea, increased digestive enzyme levels, reduction of yeast (Candida) colonies, stimulation of the immune system, and detoxification of the digestive tract.
kefir.net, “Yogurt contains transient beneficial bacteria that keep the digestive system clean and provide food for the friendly bacteria that reside there. But kefir can actually colonize the intestinal tract, a feat that yogurt cannot match.”

Hi All,
For me if I strain and try to force the angel gas it can hurt/sting.
This thread just makes me smile. Honestly, in a million years I never thought I would be giving my bum so much attention and pampering. If only I washed my face and put cream on my face as much as my bum it would be the anti-aging secret of the millennium!
I'll try the yogurt. I was always afraid it would make me constipated. Did anyone else hear that or is that just a wives tale?

Hahah for some reason my spell check decided to type "angel gas" instead of angel gas... must have not been paying attention. Too funny :)

Our butts getting more, moisturizing, then the rest of our bodies.Image
Its kefir..check it out at a health store, ask the specialist/nutritionist there for the highest pro biotic amount, its good to speak to them.( its more liquid, my product and all you need is about a few tablespoons a day, or
you can add the tablespoons to a fruit smoothy shake..yum.
The pearls are an excellent choice, I will pick them up tomorrow.
Heres a little more info to prevent gas.. Occasional gas, diarrhea or constipation: With low counts of healthy bacteria there can be an increase in unhealthy bacteria, causing occasional gas, diarrhea and constipation.

I had spasm so intense in the past that sphincter just wouldn't open to release gas. But when it did, it provided great pain relief. It makes sense, since the sphincter opens and gives the fissure a short break. So I started eating fruits that cause gas fast, like pears for example.
Just don't strain to release gas, that could be painful indeed. let it build up and it will find its way out eventually.
