Hi.. just wondering if anyone has been on coloxyl. i have been on and off it for that past 6 weeks and when i'm on it my stools are so much easier to pass but I get nearly a diahorrea kinda thinggy on it... So the bleeding and pain stops and things seem better but I seem to get a bit of fecal incontinance. Has anyone had a bit of this? After a bowel movement for most of the day when I wipe there'll be a bit on the paper... Am i taking to much? I am putting it down to this as when I go off it it's not a problem but whenever I'm on it it starts again until I go off it.

yes it could be the stool softner ,may be taking to much ,why not experiment with it ,only take 3/4 then adjust as nessecary
I get a similar thing with movicol im down to under 1/2 a sachet now and it seems better
