Butt Blog update: day 25
Another beautiful double BM today my fellow fissurians!
No pain! No blood! Just a slight discomfort if any pressure touches the area.
3 movicols a day are definitely causing 2 BMs (around 2-3 hours apart) but I'd be stupid to cut down and risk changing anything as I've got a good thing going.
WelshDoubleBM is my new name!

Butt Blog update: day 26
Only one BM today and it was... Pretty good. Bristol 6.
Wonder where the other one is? Guess I need to forfeit my name now.
Either way there's barely any pain afterwards so it's all plain sailing so long as I don't wander too far from my diet. I've had some ice cream in the past few evenings and it was heaven!
"Chew it well, poop it well" is my motto.
"Drink plenty and poop gently" wow I'm on a roll with these!

Anyone else want a go at a fissure friendly motto?
Drink plenty and poop gently my fissurian friends,

Great motto's girls! Love it! OMB, I love yours. Made me chuckle! Maybe we could have a section for them?! Great you are doing well Welsh! Keep kicking!
Be careful what you put in your tum, or you will have a poorly bum.
Don't strain on that loo, or you will have monster poo and pesky fissures that leave you soo sad
