Again, you need to get a proper diagnosis of this - If it is a fissure, the quicker you get this diagnosed and treated, the better. You do not want to leave it to develop a chronic fissure, which takes a lot of time & effort to generally heal.
If your pain is not intense and not increasing and this tends to happen now & again rather than regularly, it could be more likely it's an internal hem or two. These bleed and sting on passing BMs, especially if your stool is hard or alternatively, if you are suffering frequent runny diahrroea. I would urge you to get to a GP and just ask the questions because you really need to get anything sorted and properly diagnosed down there as soon as possible. All the best to you.......
