That is so funny Savaici and Welsh kids say the darnedest things.lol.
I'm laying on my bed with the heating pad up agianst my butt, to sooth the spasm, my cat jumps on the bed.
She takes one look at the heat/pad, (as if she is jealous of it)pulls it onto the floor and scoops her back side up to mine, you know shes warmer then my heating pad.. and she knows it.lol.
                               Also...
..I went to visit a friend of mine,at her work place. Shes a diabetic and her meds, cause her to balloon out/ get bloated due to all her medications.
I told her how much I have lost (when I was induced into a coma due to throat issues) She hadn't seen me in a while.
I'm putting on weight now because of the healthy fat's and increasing my soluble fibre.
She made me laugh, when she said, "ya! and look who found your weight." Shes a great friend with a great attitude, she is always upbeat, rain or shine.

A squirrel, obviously not pleased that I was in its territory, kept jumping up and trying to cling on to my car window. not only did it make me laugh, but I also nearly jumped out of my skin each time the little critter leapt up.

I had a visit from two members of Jehovah's Witnesses and I explained them about the anal fissures. They politely listened my 15 minutes lecture. Finally I realized, I did not give them a chance to speak about their mission, as I am so eager to inform everyone about AF.

Got a smle after a little bird, a Chickadee, sat for a few moments n the side mirror of my car.

My Boss, was telling me, when her IBS acts up and or she gets alot of gas, and has to let it rip, She has this technique, when she farts, (example at work, Drugstore) She walks into another aisle or part of the store.

She calls it the Fart and Run, lolol.
