Juney and other MOM users, think this is funny, my pharmacist told me that chronic use of MOM can lead to dark stools and an itchy anus. Not that bad i guess, I'll settle for that

my bms have returned to normal,i didnt have the lis though,but they were not much fun..i agree with happy ass in that im more "aware" of whats going on when i go,im careful still not to just "let her fly" so to say...maybe its a bit to careful,but i figure its easy insurance...

Oh noooo, one is never "too careful" with a fissure site !!!! If I did not have a LIS I would be "squatting" LOL or repositioning myself , ha ha ha - let me tell you !!!!!! Now, I am kind of - "hey you down there - if you do not behave I will cut you again ..so ... watch it assy !!!

erin - i don't know about the dark stools, but the itchy anus might be because sometimes the stool is a little flaky and maybe remnants can itch if someone doesn't clean very well.
there's not much a dr could say that would deter me from using MOM everyday, aside from my ass falling out or something. haha. seriously, that's how much of a miracle it's been for me.
