So about a year and a half ago I got my first fissure. It healed up after getting nifedipine cream from my dr. Well about a month ago I got another one. I called the dr and he called me in a prescription for more. I've been using it for 3 weeks now. Last week I went to the CR surgeon because it just keeps bleeding. There's not much pain but it will just randomly bleed. There's usullay not much blood but enough to cover the inside of my butt cheeks. Twice I've actually bleed through my clothes. The dr said I had a large fissure towards the outside. He said just moving my cheeks to look at it made it start bleeding. He recommending to keep using the cream.

Has anyone else had the problem of random bleeding without bowel movements? Passing gas will make mine bleed and sometimes it just starts bleeding for no apparent reason.
