Anyone else ever have multiple fistulas found and surgically treated at same time? Had two prior surgeries with a surgeon who could not find even one! Very surprised to wake up from "exploratory surgery" with new surgeon who found four and is not 100% sure the fistulotomy will work with two of them. Excruciating pain and pressure 5 days post op. I cannot imagine going through this again. Been 9 months and three surgeries dealing with this issue.
