Ya JPT I stopped for a couple of day's and zowey..mind you I have IBS as well so my stools can go from slightly larger (but still soft)to very loose.
They discovered with IBS, it's a brain to colon wiring issue, the connection.mmm. oh well.
No blood after breakfast but it was a little larger, then the second BM was looser. Back to my magnesium too. Me two I'm a little sore but OK.
I use my ointment/compound as well Jpt, it's been very hot in Toronto, Ontario and so I haven't been out to walk around much.
Heres the link that Buttastic gave me:

I feel bad again today, after breakfast, tight sore after BM, no blood, but pain after reaching a 0 to 3, very sore, (a little better then yesterday) Darn, it"s like 5 steps forward then 3 steps back.
Gee maybe I spoke too soon, about Healing, oh my.Image
My stomach is a little sore too, Maybe it's the IBS acting up, just gonna lay low have broth and liquids the rest of the day and make a green/carrot juice from my juicing machine.

I clearly remember how Crackin was sore for quite some time after he was healed, so dont be put off by one bad day.
Its like the body is used to spasm after BM even when there is nothing to spasm about. Guess it takes some time for the nerves to regenerate and settle down.

Even if you had a small retear, Im sure you will be fine again shortly. For me those small setbacks usually only set me back a week or two. Just remember to always look at the big picture. Judge progress by the month!

Yes, But strange thing, today, my BM was smooth as silk, perfect.
Yet a little spot of blood on baby wipe,no pain, some soreness for an hour, probably a hemie.
I don't dwell on it any more, I just got dressed and did some errands today and then went for a walk after dinner. I picked up my favourite vegetable, Kale.
Thank you for asking JHH, how are you tonight? Hope everything is OK and have a great nite, sleep tite.:D

I guess I'm human, like everyone else..felt down today, pain can do that to ya..started to cry, pain a 3, was able to put pressure on it, was out with a friend earlier, but had to excuse my self and call my sister to pick me up, Of course my friend understood, But I still cried when I got home,..well I picked my self up refreshed my lip gloss, gonna sit on the porch and cross stitch, with a soothing fennel tea.
I'm sure tomorrow:)  will be better for me.

Awww poor sweet please, crying is absolutely fine. I find if I'm upset and I hold it in all day, once I let it all out, I can then move on. And you're right, we're all human. It's a natural thing to do and if this is one of the only times you've cried then you're a super strong lady!!
The pain you felt today is just a little reminder of how delicate we are and taking things step by step is very important. Don't ever feel like crying is a weakness because its not, it's a way to release the aftermath of pain. I always feel better after a cry and I make sure I have a laugh after.
You've come so far and yes there is a way to go still, but to get there you have to climb some hills. Just remember we're all here for you whenever you need us and it sounds as if you have a very supportive family and friend.
I should wear more lip gloss. Thanks for bringing that to my attention!
Chin up my Canadian bum chum!
Keep positive and fight the pain!
Tomorrow will be better!
