Really scared and need support

I'm sure I will be posting a lot here as the time comes closer for support. I will try my best to hang in there.
January 2013 - Diagnosed with fissure. Eventually turned chronic.
History of IBS and anxiety disorder, along with fear of using bathrooms other than my own caused it.
Tried Diltiazem, but eventually developed a rash.
LIS surgery scheduled August 26th.

I will say some prayers for you tomorrow while I am prepping for surgery. You are in good hands with a doctor and this support group! The 26th will come soon enough and you will hopefully feel better as I hopefully will.
