I have a fistual and a seton in place for three months (not a cutting one). Recently I've noticed blood after bowel movements. I use wet wipes and I try not to wipe too vigorously but there's always some blood now. Does anyone else have this experience? There is a mucus-like discharge from the abscess, which I expected, but what could be causing the blood ? My stools are soft and I don't get constipated but the blood only occurs after a bowel movement.
Bertram: What is it, my good lord, the king languishes of?
Lafeu: A fistula, my lord. Bertram: I heard not of it before.
Lafeu: I would it were not notorious.
