I just wanted to say hello. I’ve had a fissure on and off since July 2022. I can usually heal it in about 10 days and live pain free for 15-30 days, but it always retears.

I’ve been using Diltiazem and it doesn’t seem to do much. Miralax, Metamucil and a high fibre diet work well and allow me to live pain free 15-30 days at a time.

I’m seeing a CRS in a couple of weeks and I’m guessing he’ll suggest BOTOX. I’m in Canada and healthcare is pretty bad here.
