Yep I know exactly what you mean. My bad day has gone now over a week ago and back doing well again. All it takes is one bad day and I feel back to irritation land all over again
Suffering since June 2013

Methods tried:
GTN cream - migraines!
Manuka Honey / Coconut oil / Aloe
tag excision X 2, botox x 3
Dilatiazem
dilatation 2 X daily + Retin-C Vitamin Scar Treatment Oil 2 X daily - best thing ever.
Now pain free 2/7/21

So since june 2013 youve been experiencing symptoms on and off? Im giving up on meat for a month or two so I can fully recover. Today was the first non meat BM and the irritation is still there but much less. Hopefully this will allow it to fully heal. I just want to go back to normal again lol
