Hi there,
I hope you have found relief by now. If you are still bleeding every time - you need to see a doctor. Bleeding indicates an open wound - which means you could face infection. Sometimes it is also difficult to know how much blood you are losing.
I don't have any advice to stop the bleeding, taking stool softeners to make your fecal matter softer as you pass it might help in this department. It is important you have regular and smooth BM. Hard stool can aggravate your injury or make it worse.
I encourage you to seek medical help if it is an option.
Let us know how you are doing!
