Tabby -
I still need to be real careful with my BMs. I will take benefiber for the rest of my life. The scar tissue acted up in December - no blood - just inflamation & minor discomfort. I think Kim goes through this once in a while too - I am just so dramatic than he is! :) The incident only lasted a day, but it made me realize I may never be 100% healad and I still always need to keep things soft. Benefiber is totally ok to take long term, and I am fine with mixing a Tbsp in my water everday.
Sometimes I wish he would have cut more even!
Wasn't your fissure like mine? You could see the tip of it through your skin tag? I think that is why mine still took so long to heal.

Image thats great news Tabby! At least this is a permanent solution to it. I think you'll really notice the difference in the pressure and tightness once its done.
Wishing you the best of luck Image xx

Gooooood luck Tabby Image
You will be one month before me having LIS....we can be LIS buddies now Image
I plan on eating VERY little and ONLY liquid food on LIS day, and continue using lactulose and Movicol...
Why were you afraid of GA Kim? I'm looking forward to that...being asleep during procedure...I've had it with those LONG and painful botox needles while I'm awake!

Lecia Image Jen Image Val Image Corsica Image

All my buddys thank you so much for being here Image
Jen – Is your sensitive area more external ?
I think having a fissure running from the outside in is a killer , it can be very painful as that area needs to open up when doing the do Image
It will take time Jen but area will become stronger its just a slow process ...
Now my tag funny one but now I have had more healing on the outer part my tag has become smaller it still looks a little dented if that makes any sense !
There is space between the tag and the start of my fissure this is my sensitive area , its very pink and tender to touch and I can see where the fissure has healed on the outer part just !
Did you want to know all that Image
Jen - Do you have any issues atall now with tightness , aching , pinching ??
Corsi - My LIS buddy to be !!
We are both going to do great you know – I have given myself a good shake and now I am feeling more than positive this is the fix I / we need !
Never think anything different my friend !
Have you had G/A before ??

My fissure ran from the outside and in.
I had G/A after giving birth the fist time, I was sown quite heavily because I got a deep inside rupture (correct word?), and I had to have new surgery after a few months...
I hope we will be fixed both of us, and the rest of us fissure buddies, and Lecia, Val & Jared.
