Hi friends! I know it sounds crazy, but to anyone who reads this and has BMs that are too hard and are hurting your fissure: take a tablespoon of unsulphured molasses (I use Brer Rabbit organic) with every meal for a few days, then back off to a teaspoon with every meal. It will give you soft BMs. I think it's the potassium in it. It's so much better than Miralax, it's just a lot of sugar. It really is keeping me out of pain and I can eat just about anything now. I feel like I gained back some of my sanity. I hope this helps someone, and if it does let me know!
