I did the master cleanse for 5 days. Felt ok. But towards the end of it I felt fairly week. It's a once a year type cleanse.

actually i did enjoy the golytely cleanse. i could do that again.

i just think we all need to get with it and begin to think more healthy, natural, and less processing when it comes to eating and preparing food. it's all those extra chemicals that is causing problems.
i can't wait to read 'animal, vegetable, miracle' by barbara kingsolving.

I read that book and it was fantastic. Makes you want to move to W VA and live on a farm.

oh i wish i could live on a farm already.
i think i would be happy now to get out of the city, work on the land, grow healthy stuff and cook it, and just be surrounded by fresh air.
sad though, where would i get money to live like this and with all my pets????
