i haven't been on the board in so long! i'm so busy lately w/ my new school/internship schedule i barely have time to even check my email. anyway, i just wanted to stop in and let everyone know how i'm doing. after that silver nitrate application 2 months ago i was in so much pain and completely hopeless. since then, i've upped the dose of MOM every night to 2 tablespoons, and back to taking 2 stool softeners every night also. as long as i keep things runny and/or super super soft, i haven't had any real pain the last couple weeks. i plan to keep up this routine for a few months while i'm in school and hope things eventually heal over. i just don't have time for any "exploratory" surgery or anything right now and i seem to be managing ok this way. so anyway, things are good w/ me, i'm thinking about my butt less and less, and i don't even mind taking MOM everyday. to me it's the same as some people who have a little "nightcap" before bed.

I am so happy for you Juney !!! Yes, we have to do what we have to do to make our butts feel well LOL, but what the heck - once it becomes routine it is not a big deal any more !
