I think you have to get it up in there to 1 cm.

I was advised by several CRSs that outside is enough. But I would guess that inside would work maybe faster and lubricate at the same time. My sphincter was too tight for inside application but if it works for you than go for it. I used it about 6 times a day, maybe even more - before BM and after. Just make sure to wash your hands really well for "several" reasons LOL.

HEY BUDDY _ LOL _ if that happens you light a candle every day to your guardian angel, ha ha ha!!! My butthole is still so strong even after the LIS ! Go figure - maybe I should be a sideshow in some Circus - opening bottles and stuff Image Image :oops: Image

THought I would give you all a update since I started taking the ointment. I have no bleeding now, very little pain during bm, and feel fine after a bm. There is an occasional muscle spasm/ache. Ive been on the ointment for one week this coming tuesday.

Yes, don;t stop what you are doing, the saddest thing about AF is just when you think you are doing better it reminds you otherwise. Can't let your guard down for a long time, for months to come...
