its wonderful you're feeling better BUT never underestimate the power of the fissure!!! Seriously though, you think its gone for good then the damn thing comes back as a very unwelcome visitor when you least expect it!

he he Val - listen to us "veterans" LOL - it would be funny if it was not sad ; ) ! Sometimes I feel like purpose of me getting fissure was
to be example to others of how it can come and go, and come and go and be warning to others LOL !!!
Oh well ...as long as there is something good coming out of it all Image

thats good! It takes a week or two to work, but it does help a lot! I used it 3 times a day instead of the reccommened 2 times and it made a real difference.

Do I rub it on the outer area or stick it inside?

The directions for use on my tube states the ointment should be kept in the fridge !
Directions for use are – massage about 2.5cm (one inch) in and around the anus
I have used an applicator- pipette thing that comes with the OTC creams !
I think it benefits to get the cream inside.

I am a firm believer that it needs to go up as high as possible, that's when I saw the biggest difference. But even if you just put it on the outside, it should help...
