Great to find this forum - I've had an anal fissure on & off for 3 years and only after huge amounts of research online am I finding a mix that seems to be working.

The latest strategy I invented (maybe someone has done this before?) - is what I call the Extreme Sitz Bath. It's totally gross (but I think we're all well past that now) - basically its pooping into a hot bath - check out my blog for more details & feel free to feedback.
