yeah most people know what is going on with me too. Just got tired of saying just not feeling well. They are very sympathetic and some actually have it too.

I couldn't hide it when I had mine either. I lost 50 lbs and looked terrible. There wasn't any hiding that I had something wrong with me.
I also found out about 4 people who had the same problem and had surgery. Kind of crazy what you find out when you talk to other people about it, Lol... :oops:

You'd be surprised how many people actually suffer with this condition, I actually lived next door to someone who had a fissure - bizarrely! and we used to help each other out with laxatives etc, it's a small world we live in...
