I'm crossing my fingers, hopefully the fissure has healed enough to take this test.
If not and things take a turn for the worst I will be scheduling surgery, enough if enough, been scare of having the runs and having to do everything with my butt in mind first, takes away from our quality of life after a while.
Funny how we incorporate inconvenience into our daly lives, a fissure is an inconvenience that is for sure.
My daughter has been telling me that rather than the flu this year most of the cases in the ER is due to the norovirus is been pretty bad around our neck of the woods, even ex President Carter was hospitalized in our local main hospital with the stomach flu a few weeks ago, he lives in a small nearby county here in Southern Ga, where I live.

Yes, I was thinking the same, how I have adapted to the horrible inconvenience and routine of these damn fissures!
Good luck to you, go for the surgery If it gets any worse, it just isn't worth it. Taking over quality of life is serious!
