, thanks friend for asking !!! I am back to the basics - and some extras LOL - I am attacking this beast from all fronts and we will see if it will surrender ! If not, I will probably try Botox before the second LIS, but I still hope that first LIS at least made somewhat better chances for my healing on my own this time around 
. It is little bit better - but you know how it is with a fissure - better one day can be worse the next one in a split of a second
