Thank you so much for this thread, I lately was into eating more fiber and I started to make tortillas from Whole Wheat Flour, but the problem is my stool got huge, so just know I am knowing about the 2 types of fiber and I understand why I tear again, after 1 year in remission. It was because the insoluble fiber makes your poop bigger and often, today I went 2 times so I thought of stop eating but in the past this didnt help either, actually it made things worse. So now, i think I am going to rest 1 day from eating, as I normally fast 1 day a week, and also once I start eating again i will start by the foods that have a higher soluble fiber ratio. I am so thankful for @soffiler that uploaded this spreadsheet as I also love excel and it is easier to find the foods that I eat and highlight them. Analizing this I notice I was making so many mistakes, because I didnt know as I said about the different kinds of fiber. Forgive my english, I am from Chile and taught myself english, so thankful for this forum. This is my first post.
